Our "Fiesta" menu offers your large group gourmet Mexican food - hot, ready-to-eat, or cold for reheating.
In our commitment to bringing you the freshest meals, this menu is subject to product availability
and restaurant capacity. The following items have been carefully selected, tested for traveling and
professionally packaged. All orders must be placed 48 hours in advance with a 50% minimum deposit.
If delivery is required, an additional charge will be added.

Chocolate & Mexico

One of Mexico's most important contributions
to the culinary world is chocolate.

In its origins, Mexico's pre-Columbian cultures cultivated cocoa,
and the cocoa beans were used as currency in their public
markets, or "Tianguis."

A cocoa flavored beverage was created for the Aztec Emporers,
only drunk in special golden goblets. Wars were fought,
empires created and lives changed --
all for chocolate!

At Taco Rosa, we pay homage to chocolate and its ancient roots
by presenting our chocolate fountain, from where we are proud
to offer a splendid collection of the most sinfully gratifying desserts.
